Welding Engineer / Inżynier Spawalnik

Analyse new products and propose welding method and technology.
Estimate welding costs for new projects.
Analyse and propose optimal welding wire usage.
Investigate, propose, and implement new welding technologies.
Train and certificate welders.
Propose and implement welding cost reduction projects/actions.
Develop and prepare WPS for existing and new projects.
Evaluate and support during approval of welding tools/fixtures design.
Support with welding tool set-ups.
Support with welding robots programming.

Min. 3 years of experience as a Welding Engineer in a production company.
Knowledge of welding technologies and procedures.
Engineering studies background (welding preferred).
IWE / EWE Certificate and knowledge of European materials, welding and pressure standards.
Very good command of English.
MS Office applications is a must.
Talent for prioritizing and multi-tasking.
Result oriented, flexible and able to work in a multicultural team.
Knowledge of setting and programming welding robots will be an advantage.
